Stayed in a suite while on a two-day business trip. Near all downtown sites and just a couple of blocks from Florida, the pedestrian shopping street. We regret, however, that some of our facilities and services did not reach your expectation, especially the bathroom in your suite. Your comments about the decoration of the room and the slow service provided at the reception, has also been noticed....
Nice, clean, great location, great breakfast.... However, walls are too thin. Hotel has done a great job by using noise-free windows but I believe they ran out-of-money when building the walls. You can hear couples next door having sex or simply talking (at normal voice) throughout the night. more
