Date of stay: November 16-19, 2008 My family arrived at the hotel for a conference during the dates listed above. When we arrived, we decided not to valet our car and parked in the self-parking lot. We knew that it would be a long walk, but the self parking lot was a good 10-15 minute walk from our hotel room.... more

This has to be the worst experience I have had in a very long time. The front desk staff was rude and disrepectful. We had to wait over three hours for our room to be readied and then had to move our own bags. this is definitely NOT a five star resort. and NOT the place to stay in Phoenix!!!!!!!!!!!! more

While we stayed just one night during a work-related event, we were very pleased with our stay. We stayed in a first floor Valley Wing room with a small patio and it was very nice...right near a pool, quiet, nice bath...we would have enjoyed staying longer. We did not eat in a hotel restaurant but had a late night dessert... more

My husband and I stayed at the Biltmore for a few nights in the beginning of October. We ended up with well over 100 bed bug bites and actually saw the bugs in the bed very early in the morning (4:45am) the day that we were leaving. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to make sure that we didn't... more

We had not been to the Biltmore in about 5 years, and were very happy to be back. We were only there for four nights, but it was a very relaxing visit. Our room in the Arizona wing was fine, and very quiet. The grounds were as spectacular as ever, although under Hilton management I don't think the rooms were... more

The grounds were lovely and the room was adequate. Many of the pools and hot tubs are open 24 hours which is very nice, especially when the days are so hot. The two unexpected disappointments were 1) despite the fact that the resort tacks a $25/day "resort fee" onto your room, many of the listed "amenities" are somehow not covered... more

I stayed at the Biltmore a couple of weeks ago for 4 nights during a conference. I have to say that I had high hopes that this would be a great place to stay due to it's five star status and the Biltmore name. First, plesae note that you should definitely NOT stay in the section of the hotel at... more

To attach the esteemed “Waldorf-Astoria Biltmore” tag to this supposed resort and spa is shameful. My husband and I spent 5 days there for a conference he was attending (Sept. 9-14, 2008). Even though his company was paying for it and money wasn’t coming out of our pockets, we were still disgusted. The first night’s hotel room was large, but... more

Upon arriving to the hotel at night, I tried to find the room but the little map and signs around the hotel were small and difficult to find. I came to my room, and found lots of mold in my shower. Photos attached. I also noticed the second morning a coffee cup (I don't drink coffee) behind a chair and... more

Bleh!....for what we paid (and there were 7 of us) not an experience worth repeating. We all have multiple mystery charges on our bills. Left a message for their accounting dept to get back to me on that one. This hotel was booked for us to attend a conference and we were scattered in different buildings with varying levels of... more
