This Four Points property is a dump. It's old, the "non smoking" rooms smell like smoke (or it could be mildew). Great Staff, but old hotel that needs updating. In our three day stay we changed (moved) suites twice. The suite we checked into had no towels and an inoperative phone so the staff suggested we move to a "Casita" suite by the pool. This hotel was our fifth in 5 nights. It was very nice, tied for the nicest. It was just what one would expect from Sheraton. The bedding was fresh & clean and the bed had lots of pillows. We loved it here! Very impressed. The hotel was modern, the rooms and bathroom were clean, and the beds had lovely bedding on them. It had all the amenities including an empty fridge which was great for storing some snacks in. We loved the coffee machine too.
