Be aware, Legacy is a vacation exchange resort, not a hotel. Upon arrival, there was no baggage assistance, our luggage was stored in an unlocked conference room since they stuck VERY closely to their 4PM check-in time. We have stayed here several times while in Phoenix. Both the suites and 1 bedroom condos are extremely comfortable and clean. The pool is very nice. The dining room is convenient and the food & service good. more
