We had a wonderful stay at the Teapot Cottage in Oct. 2008 for 2 nights. The owners have made this cottage a cozy, romantic place. Everything you could want was provided, including robes and flip-flops to wear to the outdoor covered hot tub. We took advantage of the laptop to catch up on our email, and watched one of the... more

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay in Volcano, HI, stay here. We had traveled all over the world and we like to stay @ B&B's. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we loved everything that we saw and experienced in the island but nothing as much as this MAGICAL place. Bill & Antoinette (the... more

We have stayed at bed & breakfasts all over the country and the world. This was the best. The place is cozy and charming without being saccharine or overly precious. Every detail was perfect: the flashlights for volcano exploring, the slippers, the stove for warming the place, the stunning variety of teas and snacks, the movie collection, the magazine rack,... more

The Volcano Teapot Cottage so exceeded our expectations! It's set on a lush and very private piece of property in Volcano village, only about a mile from the Volcano National Park. The cottage has its own hot tub in a separate adjacent "hut". The cottage was decorated with interesting antiques and fresh flowers, and had everything you could possibly want... more

This review is long over due since we stayed at the cottage for a week in May. Pretty much everything about this amazing place has been said in the countless reviews and there is a reason it has a 5 of 5. What I want to stress the most about staying here is the amazing service Bill & Antoinette will... more

We'd give just about anything to be there right now. After a long trip, the sight of our cottage just took our breath away. Any pictures you may see on computer or in magazine does no justice to this exquisite and beautiful property that is all yours for the time you are there. Everything was so clean and felt so... more

Just got back from our fourth trip to the Big Island, and our fourth stay at the TeaPot Cottage (we wouldn't visit the Big Island without staying there--we plan our trips around it's availability) and it was as wonderful as always. The cottage has every comfort imaginable provided, glorious and delicious breakfasts, snacks, teas and coffees, is maintained in spotless... more

The Volcano Teapot is our home away from home, but better. First of all, you have a cottage to yourself amongst tree fern and ohi'a forest, covered in beautiful flowers. A winding path leads to your private hot tub in the woods separated from the house. Further back on the property, which extends quite a ways, are footpaths which are... more

We spent 4 days at the Volcano Teapot in August 2008. While we took a long route to get here, flying into Kona, we were absolutely delighted when we arrived. I expect flying into Hilo would have been a better idea! The cottage is located on a very private (and large) garden property within a few minutes drive of the... more

For this trip to the Big Island we decided to do something different. All of our trips include Volcano, but this time it was first place we headed. The Teapot was exactly what we needed. After 2 days there we no longer knew what day it was. This was the perfect way to begin our vacation. We have been to... more
