We stayed at the Sheraton Maui for 3 nights earlier this month, we booked a package with Expedia which included filghts at about 40% off. The Sheraton was good, not fantastic but nothing to complain about either. If I had have paid full price I probably wouldn't have been so happy. Coming from Wyland Waikiki where we received excellent service,... more

My Husband and i stayed at the Sheraton Maui for one week as part of our multi-destination Honeymoon and had an amazing time. Initially we were put into a dismal room (flights were substantially delayed and I think all the good rooms had gone), however the following morning we were moved to a 6th floor super-king sized room with sea... more

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton as part of our honeymoon trip to Maui. On the first night we were disappointed as were given a handicap accesible room on the ground floor which was not very nice at all even though it was supposedly a "deluxe" ocean view room. When we asked to be switched to a regular... more

A notch better than many sheratons by picking up the island feel quite well. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Very nice grounds, pool, and ocean access. Concierge staff is typical of most chain hotels they get about 80% right and mess up the rest in their haste to get to the next customer. Hotel restaurant and on premise food... more

I spent months planning our honeymoon. Lots of time on the internet, going through reviews, books, websites, you name it, I did it. And boy, was I fooled into thinking that this hotel was going to show us a great Hawaiian experience. The website makes everything look great, with their majestic lighting and "evening cliff dive ceremony." The truth about... more

My husband and I do a lot of traveling and have stayed at numerous Starwood hotel brands (Westins, Sheratons, etc). In our opinions, here are a few pros and cons about our stay at the hotel. Great location – it seems the hotel has the largest area of beach (the other hotel’s front a much narrower stretch of beach) and... more

We chose to stay at the Sheraton at Black Rock after reading many reviews on the hotel. Just like the other reviews state, the grounds are gorgeous we couldn't have picked a better location it has a great beach and great views. Upon check in we were told we had a Mountain View room, when we got to our room... more

Overall we really enjoyed our 6-night stay at the Sheraton Maui. The lobby and grounds are all lovely and the beach and snorkeling area by Black Rock were first rate (though we must have snorkeled the one morning that the turtles weren't out! disappointing!). Our room in building 3 was adequate--no frills, no marble bathroom, 1 sink, 2 double beds,... more

We stayed at the Sheraton Maui for our honeymoon for 10 days and it was a huge disappointment. We booked a King Room, they gave us a double with a view of the service walkway. They finally moved us 4 days in to a King with a partial ocean view, which was nice. The staff really seemed like they could... more

I stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday retreat. The worst customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. Hotel staff incorrectly billed my rooms after multiple attempts of explanation on my part. Staff is incompetent, not polite, and unapologetic about their mistakes. I live in Hawaii for many years and have stayed all over Lahaina area, but this is not worth the... more
