After enjoying a week at the hotel we arrived home to discover that they had overcharged our credit card by USD9,000. We quickly called to rectify the problem and were informed that 'everyone was busy, try calling back tomorrow". I hope when we call back tommorow we recieve better treatment! Great location right on Kaanapali Beach. Easy access all within walking distance. With the kid pool, big priate ship, you don't have to many little kids in the main pool which is nice. I was aware of the construction going on at the Maui Marriott, thanks to tripadvisor, therefore, I requested a top floor away from the construction. We are owners in the original three story building. We had a unit on the farside away from the construction. It overlooked the interior of the island, golf course and mountains. The resort was great. Friendly service, clean and the beachside bar-b-ques were great. However, the beach right in front of the resort has these locals that hang out there everyday.
