If you like a travel experience where, rather than being isolated at a resort full of fellow visitors, you are staying in the center of a vibrant village, this is your place to stay. Paia is arguably the most fun town on Maui. Hipper than Lahaina, stylish shops and restaurants with reasonably priced, delicious food are all within a couple... more
The Paia Inn offers incredible accommodations. The inn is wonderfully decorated and the rooms are wonderful. Besides the excellence of the rooms, the staff were incredible. I can't imagine a better environment thanks to the friendliness of everyone that we worked with. The next time we stay in Maui, we will definitely make sure to spend at least of couple... more
We stumbled on this gem and were just blown away by the hospitality of ALL the staff including the cleaning lady. We felt so welcome while at the same time had tons of privacy to enjoy the quiet breakfasts on the patio in the morning by ourselves. One of my many favorite memories is sipping coffee in the warming sun... more
My eight year old son and I stayed at a 2 bedroom suite which had a full kitchen and living area, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. It was tucked away behind a small courtyard and about the equivalent of being 2 buildings back from the street which made it extremely quiet. Loved the kitchen since we could... more
It's the little details that make this place so special. I love the attention to eco friendly products such as the soft bamboo towels and earthy soaps and lotions provided. The location in the heart of quaint laid back Paia is a treat. I loved the friendly greating and flexibility I was able to set up for my check in... more

(Had a great night meeting people in the Flat Bread Pizza Co just down the main road). I extended a business trip to take in some windsurfing and had a great, relaxing stay there. The hotel team were particularly friendly. The hotel's... more
Once a year we try to get away by ourselves without the kids to re-connect. The hotel was fantastic from service to room decor, comfortable beds and perfect for just being by ourselves. Very private. Staff was very accomodating to our needs. Late check-out, which allowed us some extra time to take time. The beach was very close. Very quiet.... more
After a wedding in West Maui my wife, two friends and I had a day to kill before the friends left the islands and we headed to Kaui. One friend, a surfer, wanted to hit the famous break just outside of town and we had heard rumors of and unbelievable fish sandwich - which we found accross the street from... more
The Paia Inn is a very nice hotel and we had a great time staying there on Maui. The Inn staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The coffee and muffins were excellent. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who has the time and extra cash to spend on an upgrade from the usual room. There... more
