This is a beautiful brand new hotel very close to the convention center. The staff were very courteous, the rooms totally modern and excellent. Did not have the gloomy dark looks or tight quarters of some other modern hotels. If you have business around the SF convention center, this is the number one choice hands down. more

This was the sencond time that I stayed at the hotel and I was very disapointed. It went from 4 1/2 Star (at theri opeining back in March 2008) to 3 star. Go with other 4 star hotels. You save $$ and extra 10 minutes walk to Union Sq. more
