Terrible customer service, terrible billing, they lost my reservations and even when I provided a copy of their email with my reservation number, they still could not locate the reservation in the system. Consequently, the billing was totally messed up and they took no responsibility in it. On top of that, the hotel is dirty, loud and hot. more
