We have just come back from a 5 day trip in Boston. The hotel was recommended and highly rated by the Agent and first opinion and impression was very good-the staff meet and greet was superb. However it must have been the Nosiest and busiest Bar in Boston and you would have no chance getting a seat in the evenings... more

stayed or one night found hotel very high standard upgrade to mini suite (i think) hotel in great location easy to find ,i found the loby very small and cluttered,the price i found to be on the high side and not value for money that would be the only fault i found staff great a nice stay but overpriced more

This is a beautiful hotel but when something goes wrong I would question the ability of management to deal with problems dispite the absolute courtesy displayed. we stayed in 2 rooms on the 8th floor in jurys. excellent service throughout. staff very friednly and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The hotel location is excellent, within 10-15 minutes walking distance from downtown crossing for shopping, short walk to newbury street and prudential centre. All major attractions are close. We have just returned from a fabulous 4 nights at the Jurys. It is ideally placed for visiting all of the sites. The staff were brilliant, the rooms were so clean and the bed was so comfy. Just spent a week at this wonderful hotel had a lovely stay beds are the most comfortable beds i've slept in in any hotel, hotel staff extremley helpful and polite. Ideally located. Food in resturant is lovely but a bit pricey but plenty of places to eat nearby so not a issue. Would highly recommed this hotel. more
