Second visit to this hotel.Easily accessed from the airport using public transport.Hotel is approx 150 yards from State Street 'T'. This area is not busy at the weekend due to being in the financial district but always feels very 'safe' somehow. Our rooms were identical on both occassions.Due to the dark furniture, curtains and bedding, and also the small windows, the... more

Nothing went right during my stay. Only one elevator was in service. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel, apparently, and it was out of service. I called staff about it and after an interminable wait they basically said it could not be repaired. I asked the desk clerk if there was any way I could get ice; she... more

After reading some reviews, we were concerned about our choice. There was no reason to be concerned. Our rooms (3) were clean, quiet, tastefully furnished and except for one room having a very small shower area, we had no complaints. I don't know why people complained about the staff. They could not have been more helpful or pleasant, especially Beverly... more

If you stay here be sure to ask for a room that does not have a faulty airconditioner. Mine (503) kept me awake all night. When I reported it to the front desk they told me they knew some rooms have that problem "sorry". more

The hotel itself is quite nice for business travel. Nothing special about the rooms, business center or fitness center but they are functional. The filtered water is a nice touch. All but one of the front desk staff we dealt with were rude. They did not want to help us with directions or booking restaurant reservations. There was one gentleman... more

I needed to spend 3 days mid-week in Boston. To avoid being ripped off by the airlines it is cheaper to buy a hotel + flight than flight alone (or back to back flights as two are cheaper than one). I chose this Hotel as it was convenient for the subway. I had a decent size room with Internet access... more

We booked several rooms for guests at our daughter's wedding at an average price of $130/night per room. The accommodations were very comfortable; the showers were particularly impressive. The club room was a very convenient place for 'herding' groups of relatives prior to heading out to a wedding-related function. The hotel's 20% discount with the nearby 33 Arch Street parking... more

We just returned from a two night stay at Club Quarters Boston. The hotel is in a great location. Yes, the rooms were a bit small however after reading some of the reviews I expected worse. They were clean (and I am very fussy) and the beds were very comfortable. As we had a room at the end of the... more

I stayed at the Club Quarters in Boston for two nights early in August 2008. I booked my stay at CQ as a "preferred hotel" for my company through Orbitz for Business, and based my choice on the combination of central location and reasonable rate. In both cases, the CQ is eminently satisfactory. The hotel provides a clean, reasonably comfortable... more

We stayed on Thurs and Friday nights. The bedding was extremely odd in that the bottom sheets did not make it up to the top of the mattress, so that about 5-6 inches of mattress was visible on both of the beds. The sheets were always loose because of this and because the maid did not tuck them in on... more
