Had a warm welcome, lovely professional staff, porters and waiters are very friendly when coming to the rooms, nice and chatty. Staff seem to enjoy being there and getting along with guests. This place is incredible. Everyone is attentive and on thier game. Addison restaurant was over the top. Anaya had a very nice breakfast buffet. Bar at the golf club was great. This resort is amazing. We stayed there for two nights in a beautiful room that overlooked one of the pools. The staff was amazing and exceeded my expectations.
