Protests by anti-government demonstrators have caused the closure of Bangkok's two main airports. More than 300,000 tourists have been stranded in the Thai capital. The closures have forced the suspension of all commercial flights to and from Bangkok. Tensions in the city are high, as pro- and anti-government factions engage in public protests.
